“Our Family Wizard” is an app that assists in reducing excessive litigation through facilitation of effective communication between parties involved in family law litigation and is particularly effective in high-conflict cases.  Communications made through OFW cannot be altered or deleted, which provides a clear, accurate record and helps prevent dishonesty and miscommunications. This is particularly helpful if you have a forgetful client or a client whose former spouse has been known to manipulate records. This training is geared toward practicing attorneys.  With OFW, it becomes easy to tell who is complying with court orders, and who is not. One judge said she liked the software because “It gives people enough rope to hang themselves.”   You will learn who may access the family's activity and obtain declarations on authenticated records. Review model language colleagues are using to stipulate to and order communication on the website. Discuss relevant appellate opinions regarding the best interest of the child and user privacy.”

The course is being taught by Steven Bradley, who has an extensive background in law enforcement, focusing his career on investigating child abuse, domestic violence, and crimes against he elderly.  Mr. Bradley is nationally recognized as an expert on law enforcement’s response to intimate partner violence, technology related crimes, and stalking/cyberstalking.
