The East Pasco Bar Association welcomes members of the Florida Bar living or working in East Pasco County, Florida, as well as members of the judiciary, law students, and those who work with the legal profession. We offer special membership rates for law students and government attorneys. Help build a unified voice for Dade City, Wesley Chapel, San Antonio, St. Leo, Zephyrhills and the rest of the legal profession in the Eastern side of the Pasco County.

Affiliate Members - $200.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Open to legal assistants, Law Office Administrative Assistants, Law Librarians, International Associates, Criminal Justice Affiliates, Administrative Law/Bankruptcy Law Affiliates, and any other individuals that provide services to Lawyers.

Government Employed Attorney Membership - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: August 1st No automatically recurring payments Government Employed Attorney Membership may be granted to any member of The Florida Bar in good standing who practices as an attorney for a Government agency, including but not limited to the State Attorney?s Office, Public Defenders Office, Office of Regional Conflict Counsel and Bay Area Legal Services.

Judicial Honorary Members - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Judicial Honorary Membership shall automatically be conferred upon all of the following full or part time individuals: (1) Judges of the Sixth Judicial Circuit;(2) Pasco and Pinellas County Court Judges; (3) Judges of the Second District Court of Appeal; (4) Judges of the Florida Supreme Court; (5) Federal Bankruptcy Judges in the Middle District of Florida; Tampa; (6) Federal Magistrate Judges in the Tampa Division; and (7) Federal District Court Judges in the Tampa Division.

Law Student Members - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: August 1st No automatically recurring payments Open to individuals who are currently enrolled in or have attended a law school within the preceding 24 months, but are not yet members of The Florida Bar. Law school shall mean an educational institution that has applied for or has been accredited as a law school by the American Bar Association.

Regular Member - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: August 1st No automatically recurring payments Regular Membership may be granted to any member of The Florida Bar in good standing who resides in East Pasco County or devotes some portion of their time practicing law in East Pasco County.

William Clark “Will” Anderson was born in Morton, Mississippi and raised in Gallatin, Tennessee. Mr. Anderson graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in Psychology.

Following college, Mr. Anderson enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, while also attending Florida Coastal School of Law. In 2008, Mr. Anderson was deployed to al Anbar, Iraq where he served as a rifleman and radio operator in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his time in the USMC, Mr. Anderson maintained a security clearance, received multiple medals and awards, and worked under the direction of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA.)

After graduating from law school, Mr. Anderson worked as a public defender in Tampa and as a court appointed attorney in Polk County. For several years, Mr. Anderson worked as a private criminal defense attorney throughout Florida. Mr. Anderson has handled, to varying degrees, thousands of criminal cases. Mr. Anderson’s extensive experience includes successfully defending a number of high-profile media cases; alleged sex offenses; drug offenses; violent crimes; juvenile delinquency; and all manner of violent and non-violent criminal offenses.

Mr. Anderson’s work has garnered attention from several local, national, and international news organizations. Mr. Anderson has been called upon to lecture to other attorneys and law students at both the Tampa Office of the Public Defender and Florida Coastal School of Law.

Mr. Anderson has devoted his entire professional life to defending individuals from the government. Mr. Anderson treats each client and their families with the dignity and respect that they deserve. Mr. Anderson aggressively and diligently defends each case.

Mr. Anderson joined Mander Law Group, now known as Madonna Law Group, in 2018. He focuses on criminal defense.
